Packing-Slip Discrepancies 

  • Orders will contain a packing-slip based on your order. Any discrepancy between the packing-slip and items received, please contact our customer service team at surfsupport@soccerpost.com within 5-days of delivery.
  • Soccer Post will not be held responsible for packing-slip discrepancies after 5 business days following delivery or pick-up of your order.

Note: Discrepancies do not include orders that have been “shipped partially” due to backordered items. If you receive a “partial order,” the balance of your order will be shipped as quickly as possible upon Soccer Post receiving the backordered items.

Return & Exchange Policy for Surf Gear

We will accept returns on most new, non-customized, and unused items within 30-days of delivery for a refund.

    • Customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.  Any item that has a club name/logo or player name or number is considered a customized item and final sale.
    • Returns or exchanges of non-customized items must be in original condition with original tags. Used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items without tags affixed cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Shipping fees are not refundable and return-shipping charges must be paid by the customer for any returns or exchanges. 
    • Soccer Post is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
    • Returns are credited to the original payment method. 
  • Retail stores cannot accept team order returns or exchanges.

    For EXCHANGES customer service will advise if the desired item is available. Depending on availability, further instructions will be provided.

    For RETURNS customer service will advise on the requirements and steps to process a return.

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

    • All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition with original tags and packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • If you make a partial return, we'll adjust any discounts that had been applied proportionally and refund you accordingly.
    • Soccer Post will cover the return shipping costs, and refund any initial shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item). Reimbursement for shipping costs will not be covered by Soccer Post for any returns or exchanges in which Soccer Post are not at fault.

    To return or exchange an item:

    Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice:

    • Please include your Order Number for fast processing.
    • All original tags and original packaging must be included.
    • For your security, please return the product(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
    • Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.
    • Soccer Post is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

    Soccer Post will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

    Please allow:

    • for transit time for Soccer Post to receive your return (2 - 7 business days)
    • for processing upon receipt (1 - 3 business days)
    • for the bank to process our refund request (5 - 10 business days)
