We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from surf.soccerpost.com. Our self-service return portal makes it easy to manage returns and exchanges.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
General Returns & Exchanges
✅ Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, non-customized, unused items.
✅ Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
❌ Used, worn, or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
❌ Customized items (e.g., club gear with logos, player names, or numbers) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
❌ Retail stores cannot accept team order returns or exchanges.
Packing-Slip Discrepancies

If your order has missing or incorrect items compared to the packing slip, please contact surfsupport@soccerpost.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Discrepancies do not include partially shipped orders due to backorders. Any backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Soccer Post is not responsible for packing-slip discrepancies reported after 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs

If we made an error (incorrect or defective item), Soccer Post will cover return shipping and refund any initial shipping charges.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

There is no need to manually enter a return address—the provided return label will include the correct destination.
Processing Time & Refunds

Transit Time: 2-7 business days for your return to reach us.

Processing Time: 1-3 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Time: 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges

If you need a different size or product and the item is eligible for exchange per the eligibility requirements above, please initiate a return for the item(s) to be exchanged following the steps below. We will confirm availability and provide next steps.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Self-Service Return Portal
- Choose your order to check the return eligibility.
- Click the “Request return” button
- Choose a return reason
- If requesting an EXCHANGE: enter the new size needed in the Customer Note section
- Submit your request
- Your request will be reviewed by our team
- You will be contacted via email for next steps
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below

Soccer Post is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. We recommend using an insured shipping method.

Items without tags or original packaging will not be accepted.
